Order Processing (We only accept Paypal,Western union, Bank Transfer, MoneyGram, Ria and other card payment through website) When you place your order After your order is placed a customer service representative will contact you to confirm and complete your order. Nehyka can not proceed your orders until payment is made. Nehyka orders ships 10 to 12 days any state of the USA and Canada and it depends on what courier service you use. Once order ships tracking number will be emailed or informed you on your whatsapp or telegram.
Return Policy
- You can return goods within a week condition are given
- Customers can claim complete refund of goods up to One weeks from the date of purchase if found any product quality issues.
- The customer has to bear the shipping cost to return the goods.
- Refund procedure will be initiated once the goods finish the quality check process.
The customer is not liable to ask refund in three following conditions
- Colored/dyed or chemically processed goods will not be accepted for refund.
- No damage to the weft or laces used in the goods.
- No cutting or trimming of hairs will be accepted.
All items must be returned to us in their original packaging. We inspect all exchanges and reserve the right to deny returns for exchanges based on the returned condition. In some cases, we do grant refunds. Please note: Once we issue refunds, they can take up to 3-5 Business Days to reflect on your end. Depending on your banking institution this could be shorter/longer.
Shipping
We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Nehyka preferred shipping providers are DHL, FEDEX, USPS. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared. Also, Nehyka will not be responsible for package delay once order leaves our centre (Uncontrollable events ie. Weather, Package Holds, Incorrect Addresses etc.).
When your order receives our expert will call you or text you on WhatsApp or email to verify your order then we will proceed before shipping anytime you can cancel your order after shipping we cannot and if any case you cancelled the order shipping cost is always borne by the buyer.
Once hair has been purchased and installed no refunds are given. We inspect all exchanges and reserve the right to deny returns for exchanges based on the returned condition.
